Requirements

Your web server must have the popular scripting language PHP installed. You may need to check with your hosting provider to find out if you have this on your website. Most Linix hosts have it installed. Windows servers generally do not have PHP installed. If you are not sure, just send an email or call your web host and ask "is PHP installed on my server?" They will know what you mean. Let us know if you have trouble finding out and we will do it for you.

Pricing

Our 5 listing version is free! That's right, if you are a solo Realtor or small real estate company and will never need to display more than 5 listings at a time on your website, you can use our tool for no charge if your site is hosted with us. It is in no way inferior to the paid version and will perform in exactly the same manner.

The 25 listing version is $24.95 per month and includes hosting your website.

This will take care of most Property Management companies and small real estate offices. The 50 listing version is $30.00 per month. If you have a very large real estate company and need capacity for more than 50 listings, contact us for special pricing. The paid versions do not require hosting with us.

The price varies with the number of listings because each listing requires bandwidth resources as well as disk space for your photos. This allows us to offer a more affordable price level to smaller companies and new agents while still offering a very good value to larger firms.
